Ingredients:
6–8 medium-sized apples (sweet varieties like Fuji, Gala, or Honeycrisp are also good)
1/2 lemon (optional, for freshness and flavor)
1–2 teaspoons sugar or honey (optional, to taste)
1 cup cold water (optional, for thinning if desired)

Instructions:
1. Wash the apples and core them. If you prefer a lighter color, you can peel them, but it's not necessary.
2. Cut the apples into quarters or small pieces.
3. If using a juicer: Run the apple pieces through your juicer. Collect the juice in a container.
4. If using a blender: Add the apple pieces and water (if using) to the blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a bowl to separate the juice from the pulp. Squeeze or press to extract as much juice as possible. 5. Optional: Squeeze the lemon juice and add sugar or honey while the juice is still fresh.
6. Chill in the refrigerator before serving, or serve with ice.
Tips:
To make it more sour, add more lemon juice.
