Ingredients:

250 grams paneer (cottage cheese)

2 medium-sized onions (coarsely chopped)

2 medium-sized tomatoes (coarsely chopped)

1 small tomato (finely chopped)

1 small capsicum (finely chopped)

4-5 whole dried Kashmiri red chilies

3-4 green chilies

4-5 garlic cloves

1 inch ginger

7-8 cashews

1 tablespoon melon seeds

1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

2-3 tablespoons oil

2-3 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves


       Dhaba-style Paneer Lababdar


Instructions:

Cut the paneer pieces into a large bowl and add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the paneer pieces until golden brown. Once fried, remove them to a plate.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the same pan and add all the dry spices (bay leaves, cinnamon, cumin seeds, black cardamom, green cardamom, Kashmiri red chili). Saute well.

Add the chopped onions and fry until translucent.

Next, add the green chilies, ginger, garlic, cashews, melon seeds, and chopped tomatoes. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Now, grind all these ingredients finely.

Heat the oil in the pan again. Add the finely chopped tomatoes and capsicum and cook well.

Once they are cooked thoroughly, add the ground paste and cook thoroughly for 2-3 minutes.

Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt to taste and mix. We added salt while frying the paneer pieces, so adjust the amount as needed.

Now add the paneer pieces and mix well. Cover and cook for 2 more minutes.

Finally, garnish with coriander leaves. Dhaba-style paneer Lababdar is ready to serve. You can serve it with naan, paratha, or roti.

200 grams paneer (cottage cheese)

2 medium-sized onions (coarsely chopped)

2 large-sized tomatoes (coarsely chopped)

3-4 green chilies

5-6 garlic cloves

1 inch ginger

7-8 cashews (soaked in hot water for 10 minutes)

3-4 black peppercorns

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 bay leaf

2-3 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon kasuri methi

1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili peppers

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/4 teaspoon garam masala

Salt to taste

3-4 tablespoons fresh cream

2-3 tablespoons freshly chopped coriander leaves

2-3 tablespoons oil

1 cup water


        Restaurant-style Paneer Makhani 


Instructions:

First, heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the paneer pieces over medium-low heat. Fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Now, transfer the paneer to a plate. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the same pan.

Add all the dry spices (bay leaves, cumin seeds, black peppercorns, cloves), soaked cashews, and coarsely chopped onions and fry until translucent.

Add green chilies, ginger, garlic, and coarsely chopped tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes.

Cool all these ingredients and put them in a mixer jar to make a fine paste.

Heat oil in a pan. Add the finely chopped onions and fry well.

When the onions are well fried, add the ground paste and cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Keep the heat on low-medium.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and Kashmiri red chili powder and mix. Add salt to taste.

Add the paneer pieces and mix. Add garam masala and kasuri methi. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.

Add 1 cup of water and bring to a boil. Add fresh cream and coriander leaves and mix. Turn off the heat.

Finally, your Restaurant-Style Paneer Makhani is ready to serve. You can serve it with roti, paratha, or naan.

Knead the dough by adding water little by little. Make sure the dough is neither hard nor soft.

Cover it and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Knead the dough thoroughly again and form medium-sized balls.

Take one ball, apply a little oil to it, and roll it into a round shape. It should be neither too thin nor too thick.

Cut it into rounds using a medium-sized bowl.

Drop these into the oil one by one and fry until golden brown. Keep the heat on low to medium.

Now make all the Farsi Puris using the same method.

Finally, our Quick and Delicious Farsi Puris are ready. You can serve them with tea.

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup water

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1 1/2 cups water

1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

A few saffron strands

1/4 teaspoon orange or red food coloring (optional)

Halwai Style Sweet & Juicy Balu Shahi 


Instructions:

First, sift the flour. Add ghee, salt, baking soda, and baking powder and mix well. Make sure everything is thoroughly mixed.

Now add water little by little. Don't knead it; just knead until all the ingredients are combined. Don't knead into a soft dough.

Now set it aside for 10-15 minutes.

To make the syrup, combine sugar and water in a pan. Add saffron strands and cardamom powder and stir. You can use food coloring if you like. Cook the syrup until it becomes slightly oily or sticky. Then turn off the gas.

Heat oil in a pan over low heat. Keep the heat low.

Knead some dough. Make small balls. Shape them into balls, press them lightly, and poke holes in them with your fingers. Make all the balls in this manner.

When the oil is slightly hot, place the balls in the oil and fry them. Fry them over low heat until golden brown, like biscuits. Fry all the balls in the same manner.

Fry them and dip them in sugar syrup. After 5 minutes, remove them and place them on a plate. Dip all the fried balls in the sugar syrup for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle dry roasted balls on the balls removed from the plate. There you go, Halwai-style Balu Shahi is ready. You can spice it up to your liking or make it for a special occasion.

1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder

Instructions:

First, add the hung curd to a bowl and whisk well to remove any lumps.

Next, add all the chopped vegetables. You can also add your favorite vegetables.

A pinch of asafoetida

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon red chili powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

               Dudhi Chana Dal Recipe


Instructions:

First, soak the chana dal for at least 30-35 minutes.

Peel the bottle gourd and cut it into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and asafoetida and fry.

Add chopped garlic and lightly fry. Then add chopped onion and fry until translucent.

Add tomatoes and mix well. After 2 minutes, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt to taste. Mix everything well.

Now add the chopped bottle gourd and soaked chana dal and mix well. Add 2 cups of water and mix well. You can adjust the amount of water if desired.

Cook in the pressure cooker for 5 whistles, then turn off the heat. The Dudhi and Chana dal Curry is ready.

When cool, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with phulka roti.

First, heat the ghee in a pan. Add the wheat flour and stir.

Cook the wheat flour over medium heat until it changes color.

When the wheat flour turns biscuit-like, add the jaggery and stir.

Now, cook the jaggery over low heat until it melts. Once the jaggery has melted slightly, add the chopped nuts and cardamom powder and mix.

Turn off the heat. Grease a plate or mold with ghee or oil, pour the Sukhdi mixture into it, and let it cool.

Once it's cooled completely, cut it into squares or diamonds as needed and serve. Once it's dry, it's ready. You can store it in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
