Instructions

Simmer for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the blackberries break down into a thick, jam-like sauce. Blend — Add the ice cream, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, salt, and the blackberry mixture to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
