Pizza is a junk food that cannot be eaten every day. It contains a lot of flour and cheese, which makes it heavy to eat. Instead of spending money in the market, it is better to make it at home and eat it and feed others as well. Making pizza at home is very easy and very tasty too. Today I will teach you to make 2 types of pizza, bread pizza and normal pizza. As we know that pizza is an Italian food but today it is eaten and liked in every part of the world and our country India is also not untouched by it.
Here people's mouth starts watering as soon as they hear the name of pizza. It is a favorite of children as well as adults. Although pizza is easily available in the market, but a lot of flour and cheese is used in it, so it is not good for health at all. Pizza is available in the market for less money, but it does not give good quality food, and it is not right to play with your health for money. That is why today we have brought a pizza for you which you can easily make at home. So let us first know how to make the base of pizza, after this we will learn about normal pizza and bread pizza.
Ingredients for Pizza Base
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste

Instructions
1. To make the pizza base, take 2 tablespoons of lukewarm water in a small bowl and add dry yeast and sugar, then mix well. Cover it with a lid and keep aside for 5 minutes.
2. Combine the flour, yeast-water mixture, olive oil and salt in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough water.
3. Cover the dough with a wet muslin cloth and keep aside for 1 hour.
4. Press the dough lightly to remove air from the dough and divide the dough into 3 equal parts.
5. Apply flour on each portion and roll it into a circle and make light holes evenly on each circle using a fork.
6. Place all three pizza bases on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 5 minutes.
7. Take it out after 5 minutes and check, if the base is raw then bake it for 1-2 minutes more. After this take it out and let it cool. If you do not want to use it immediately then you can store it in the fridge for 1 week.
Bread pizza is a very easy and quick recipe, it is made faster than normal pizza and does not harm health. we can make it for morning breakfast and also for dinner at night.
Instructions for Making Normal Pizza
1. First of all, heat oil in a pan, now add onion to it and cook it till it becomes light transparent, after 1 minute add cabbage, capsicum to it. Let it cook on high flame, after 1-2 minutes add sweet corn, black pepper, salt to it.
2. Now add 1 teaspoon Schezwan sauce, 2 teaspoon tomato sauce, if you want you can also use pizza pasta sauce, after this add 1 teaspoon chili flakes.
3. Now heat a thick pan and apply oil with the help of a brush.

4. Now place the pizza base on it and let it cook for ½ minute, now spread the prepared vegetable mixture in it, add lots of cheese and paneer on top.
5. Cover it and cook on medium flame for ½ to 1 minute. Cook it only until the cheese melts.
6. Now take it out in a plate, cut it into four parts, and serve with sauce.
Instructions For Making Bread Pizza
1. Mix semolina and milk in a bowl and add enough milk so that the semolina gets soaked well. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
2. Now add finely chopped capsicum, onion, tomato, cabbage, green chilli, sweet corn, salt and black pepper and mix well.

3. Now remove the edges of 3-4 breads and fry them 1-2 times on a pan and apply oil/ghee to make them lightly crispy. After that spread this mixture on them, add cheese/paneer on top.
4. After this, spread ghee in a pan and place this bread on it, now cook it till the cheese does not melt, keep in mind that we have already made the bread crispy and it does not burn. Turn off the gas after it is cooked. Now take it out and cut it in triangle shape. Serve it with chilli flakes and tomato ketchup.
