 Chikoo Milk Shake Recipe


Ingredients:

- 2 ripe Chikoo (sapodilla) fruits

- 1 cup milk (you can use whole milk, low-fat milk, or a dairy alternative)

- 2-3 tablespoons sugar (adjust according to taste)

- A pinch of cardamom powder (optional)

- Ice cubes (optional)

- Chikoo slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions:


1. Prepare the Chikoo:

   - Wash the Chikoo fruits thoroughly and cut them in half.

   - Remove the seeds and scoop out the flesh into a blender.


2. Blend the Ingredients:

   - Add the milk and sugar to the blender with the Chikoo flesh. If you like, add a pinch of cardamom powder for extra flavor.

   - Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a colder shake, add a few ice cubes and blend again until mixed.


3. Serve:

   - Pour the milkshake into glasses.

   - Garnish with sliced Chikoo on top if desired. 


4. Enjoy:

   - Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Chikoo milkshake!
