Vegetable Dry Manchurian Recipe: Homemade Delicious Indo Chinese Veg Manchurian Recipe


Vegetable Manchurian is an Indo-Chinese recipe that is served as a starter. It can be easily made at home. This recipe is made in both dry and gravy form. You can use your favorite vegetables in it. Manchurian balls are specially made using vegetables, they are tempered with spicy sauce. We get to see this recipe everywhere, whether it is a restaurant or a street corner, it is sold everywhere. We can also eat this recipe with rice or noodles. Without wasting time, let's know the method of making it.


Ingredients

- 2 cups cabbage

- 1/3 cup carrot

- 1/3 cup green onion

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder

- Salt to taste

- 2 teaspoon red chili powder

- 1 teaspoon garam masala

- 1 teaspoon garlic ginger paste

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 teaspoon corn flour

- 2 teaspoon oil

- 2 teaspoon chopped garlic

- 1 teaspoon grated ginger

- 1 chopped onion

- 6 green chilies

- Chopped capsicum

- 1 teaspoon soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon vinegar

- 1 teaspoon red chili sauce

- 2 teaspoon tomato ketchup

- 1 teaspoon corn flour

- 1/2 cup water


Vegetable Manchurian at Home


Instructions

Making Manchurian Balls:

- To make Veg Manchurian Balls, first take a cabbage, carrot or green onion and grate it with the help of a large grater.

- Now, add 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder, salt to taste, 2 teaspoons of red chili, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, and 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, and mix everything with your hands.

- After mixing everything well, add 1/2 cup and 3 - 4 teaspoons of corn flour and mix everything well.

- Now, place a pan on the gas and heat it on a medium flame by adding oil for deep frying.

- Now, make small balls from the mixture and fry them slowly on medium flame in the pan.

- You have to fry the balls lightly golden for the first time.

- After the balls are lightly fried, take them out in a plate and let them cool for 5 minutes.

- Once again heat the oil well on high flame, when the oil becomes hot, reduce the flame to medium again.

- Now once again put all the balls in the oil and fry for 10 seconds.

- After 10 seconds, take them out in a plate.

- Manchurian balls are ready and now it is time to make veg Manchurian.


Making Veg Manchurian:

- Now, take a pan and place it on the gas on medium-high flame.

- Now put 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and heat it well.

- Now add garlic, ginger, finely chopped green chilies and fry for 20 seconds. After 20 seconds, add onion and fry lightly. Place the pan on high flame.

- Now add chopped green chilies and cook. After 1 minute, add capsicum to it. Fry all the vegetables well.

- Now add 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, salt as per taste, green onion and mix everything well.

- Now add 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon red chili sauce, 2 teaspoon tomato ketchup or a little vinegar and mix everything well.

- When everything is cooked well, add 4 teaspoons of water to it and mix everything well.

- Now, take 1 teaspoon of corn flour in a bowl and make a solution by adding 3 teaspoons of water to it. Now, slowly add the corn flour solution in the pan and mix everything well.

- Now add all the Manchurian balls in the pan and mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

- Veg Manchurian is ready, and now you can garnish it with green onions.

- Now you can enjoy Veg Manchurian.


Note:

- If you want, you can fry the Manchurian balls well in one go, but the advantage of frying twice is that the balls will cook well from inside, and their taste will also become a little crispy and crunchy.

- You can make a corn flour solution according to your choice and mix it in Veg Manchurian. If you like gravy Manchurian, then increase its quantity and if you like dry Manchurian then add less quantity.

- Manchurian recipe tastes very delicious when the gravy is made a little spicy.

- If you are making gravy Manchurian, then keep one thing in mind that when you serve it, add the Manchurian balls before serving. If you add them beforehand, the balls will become soft.
