The caramelized, spiced flavor of Biscoff spread makes for an incredibly delicious shake. Don't overlook the tip to warm the cookie butter briefly before blending—doing so ensures it incorporates much more easily and smoothly.

Ingredients

3 scoops vanilla ice cream

3 tablespoons Biscoff cookie butter (smooth or crunchy)

1/2 cup whole milk

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional; enhances the spiced flavor)

Whipped cream, for topping

2–3 Biscoff cookies, for garnish

A drizzle of melted Biscoff spread, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Chill your glass — Place your serving glass in the freezer 5–10 minutes before serving.

2. Warm the cookie butter — Microwave the Biscoff spread for 10–15 seconds to soften it slightly, making it easier to blend.

3. Add ingredients to blender — First, pour the milk into the blender, then add the Biscoff spread, cinnamon (if using), and the ice cream.

4. Blend — Blend on medium speed for 30–45 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

5. Check consistency — The shake should be thick yet pourable, but not too thin. Add more ice cream to thicken it, or add a splash of milk to thin it out.

6. Serve — Pour into your chilled glass, top with whipped cream and a drizzle of melted Biscoff spread, and finish with a crumbled Biscoff cookie on top. Serve immediately.

Tips

1. For an even more intense flavor, Biscoff ice cream can be used instead of vanilla.

2. To add a cookie crunch, blend 3–4 whole Biscoff cookies along with the rest of the ingredients.

3. A pinch of salt balances the sweetness and enhances the caramel flavor.

4. To make a thicker shake, freeze the ice cream for an additional 15 minutes before blending.

5. Try adding a shot of espresso for a Biscoff Latte-style twist.
