Ingredients:
Sabudana – 1 cup
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Ginger
Chopped green chillies – 2
Boiled potatoes – 2
Curry leaves
Black salt
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp (optional)
Roasted peanut powder – 2 to 3 tbsp
Lemon juice
Chopped coriander leaves
Fried peanuts – 1 tsp

Instructions:
- To make Sabudana Khichdi, first wash the sago and soak it in water for 1 hour. After 1 hour, drain its excess water. So that the sago softens well and swells and does not stick together, this is how sago is served.
- Now it is time to make the spread, so for this, put peanuts in a pan and dry roast it. After this, grind the peanuts coarsely.
- Put ghee in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the ghee is hot, add cumin seeds to it. When the cumin seeds start crackling, add finely chopped green chilies and fry them. Once the green chilies are lightly roasted, add chopped potatoes and fry well. You can also use boiled potatoes.
- After the potatoes are cooked, add coarsely ground peanuts and rock salt as per taste and mix. After this, mix it well for 2-3 minutes. Now add soaked sabudana, stir with a ladle, and mix.
- After this, close the lid of the pan and let the sabudana cook on a low flame for 4 to 5 minutes. During this, keep stirring the sabudana in between so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan. Turn off the gas after 5 minutes.
- Vrat special and delicious sabudana khichdi is ready. - Serve the prepared hot sabudana khichdi with curd.
