Curd Chutney | Dahi Ki Chutney | Easy to Make Curd Chutney

Ingredients:

- 1 bowl of curd

- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

- 1/2 tsp garlic paste

- 1 (finely chopped) tomato

- 1 (finely chopped) onion

- 2 tsp (finely chopped) mint

- 2 tsp (finely chopped) coriander leaves

- 1/2 tsp ginger paste

- Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. To make Dahi Chutney, take curd in a bowl and whisk it well.

2. After whisking, add chopped onion, chopped tomato, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, and mint to the curd and mix.

3. After mixing all these ingredients, add salt and black pepper powder to the curd and mix.

4. Dahi Chutney is ready. before serving, sprinkle red chilli powder and coriander leaves on top.

5. Serve Dahi Chutney with rice, roti or paratha, and biryani.
