Ingredients:
10-12 green chillies
6-7 garlic cloves
2 tbsp peanuts
2 tbsp green coriander leaves
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Instructions:
- First of all, heat oil in a pan. Now add green chillies or garlic cloves and fry them lightly. After frying them, lightly add peanuts and fry them for 2 minutes. If you want, you can also add tomatoes to it, which will make this chutney look amazing.
- Now take a mortar and pestle and grind the roasted green chillies, garlic or peanuts. Now add salt or coriander leaves as per taste and grind it coarsely.
- Now our Kolhapuri Thecha is ready to serve. Serve it with hot bajra roti or paratha.
