- 1 cup wheat flour
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- To make the parathas, combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a semi-stiff dough using enough water. We will show you how to make triangular parathas.
- Roll each portion into a round shape using a little wheat flour. Coat with melted ghee. Fold from one side to form a semicircle.
- Apply melted ghee on the semi-circular paratha and fold to form triangles.
- Roll into triangular shapes using a little wheat flour, rolling each cone lightly by hand.
- Heat a non-stick tawa and cook each paratha by applying a little ghee on both sides till both sides are cooked.
- Repeat the same process to make the rest of the parathas.
- Serve hot parathas with fresh curd. If you want, you can also eat it with your favorite vegetable.
