Ingredients:
2 cups millet flour
1/4 cup millet flour (for rolling out the dough)
4 tbsp ghee for spreading

Instructions:
- First of all, put millet flour in a bowl. Add salt as per taste and 1 tsp ghee in it. Now mix everything well. Now add some lukewarm water to it and knead a soft dough. Now keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, knead the dough well and make dough balls. Now put some millet flour on the rolling board and take a ball and place it on it. Now take some dough on the palm and pat it to give it a round shape / shape like a chapati. You can also use a rolling pin if you want. Keep in mind that the millet roti should be a little thick.
- Now heat the pan on high flame. Reduce the flame and place the millet roti on it. Now sprinkle some water on it and spread it. Take about 1 or half a tablespoon of water. When the water is absorbed well, bake the roti from the other side of the plate. After it is cooked well from both sides, cook it on an open flame for 5-6 seconds. While cooking on open flame, turn the flame to medium or high.
- Now place it on a plate and apply ghee on top and serve hot. If you want, you can serve it with thecha or curd chutney.
Note:
- You can also make it in another method. In this, you have to boil 1 cup of water in a pan by adding 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon ghee. Now add 1-1/2 cup millet flour to it and mix well. When the water dries up, keep it for 10 minutes. Now mash it well, add some water if needed and knead soft dough and then roll the roti with a rolling pin or hands and bake it well.
- Bajra roti tastes more delicious when served hot. You can also serve it with sev tomato ki sabzi.
