Masala chhaas | Masala Buttermilk is a refreshing cold drink that is served in every Gujarati household after lunch or dinner. It is also easily available in the market. But today we will learn how to make fresh masala chaas at home in just five minutes. For this, you have to mix high-protein Greek yogurt, a handful of coriander leaves, roasted cumin seeds, black salt, and chaat masala in a blender. So let's learn how to make it.
Ingredients:
1 cup curd
2 cups water
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp black salt
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
1 green chilli
1/2 tbsp coriander leaves

Instructions:
- First of all, heat a pan. Now add cumin seeds and fry for 1-2 minutes. Fry it till its aroma starts coming. Make sure that the cumin seeds do not burn.
-Now take a mixer grinder. Add 1 cup curd and 2 cups water to it. Now add roasted cumin seeds, half a teaspoon of black salt, a pinch of white salt, 1 green chilli, and some green coriander and grind it.
- Now pour it into a glass, sprinkle some green coriander on top, and serve.
- If you want, you can also serve this drink after cooling it for some time in the fridge.
