It is made with the help of semolina, sugar, milk and sugar syrup. You can make it (Suji Gulab Jamun recipe) on any special occasion. Ingredients:

1 cup semolina

2 cups sugar

2 cups water

2 cups milk

2-3 tbsp milk powder

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

2 tbsp ghee

1/4 tsp cardamom powder

8-10 saffron strands

Oil for frying


 Suji Ke Gulab Jamun recipe at Home


Instructions:

First of all, we will make the syrup for the Suji Gulab Jamun recipe. For this, add 2 cups of water and 2 cups of sugar in a pan and boil it well. Now add saffron strands and cardamom powder and mix well. Cook the syrup till it becomes oily or sticky. Now turn off the gas.

Now heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan, now fry semolina in it till the raw smell goes away.

When the raw smell starts coming, then add 2 cups of milk and keep stirring continuously. Now keep stirring it till it starts leaving the pan.

Now take it out in a plate. Add flour and milk powder to it and knead a nice soft dough. Make small balls from this dough.

Now heat oil in a pan. After the oil is heated, fry all the balls one by one till they become golden brown. When all the balls are ready to fry, pour syrup over them and mix well.

Now keep it aside for 1-2 hours. There you go, your Suji gulab jamuns are ready to serve. You can serve them hot or cold.
