For this you will just need some bread slices, milk and sugar syrup. Let's know about the complete method of this Bread Gulab Jamun recipe which takes less time and is easy to make.
Ingredients:
6-8 white bread slices
1 cup sugar
1.5 cups water
6-8 tbsp milk
1 tbsp ghee
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
6-8 saffron strands
2-3 tbsp dry fruits (cashews, almonds, raisins, pistachios)

Instructions:
- To make the syrup for the Bread Gulab Jamun Recipe, boil one cup of sugar and one and a half cups of water in a pan. To enhance its taste, now add cardamom powder and saffron strands and mix. Let it boil for about 5 minutes.
- Now check the syrup once. Check it with the help of a finger; if it has become oily or sticky, turn off the gas.
- Now after this, cut the brown edges of all the bread. To make the Bread Gulab Jamun Recipe, we have to use only the white part of the bread. - After this, we will cut it into small pieces and take it out in a bowl. You can also grind it in a mixer if you want.
- Now add 1 tablespoon ghee and 6-8 tablespoons milk to it and knead a soft dough.
- After this, we will make small balls of it. Now to enhance its taste you can stuff it with dry fruits. After stuffing give it a round shape. (10 balls can be made from 6-8 slices of bread. Keep in mind that the dough should be soft, not hard, otherwise there is a high chance of it bursting while frying the balls.)
- Now we will prepare all the balls one by one.
- Now heat oil in a pan and fry all the balls.
- Now reduce the flame of the gas to medium. Now put all the balls in it and fry them till they become light golden.
- Now fry all the balls and put them in the prepared syrup. Keep it aside for at least 2 hours to set.
- Now your Bread Gulab Jamun is ready to be served. You can make and serve it to guests on any happy occasion.
