Ingredients:
4 bread slices, brown/white bread
1 cup finely chopped cabbage
Half onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
½ cup corn, fresh/frozen (optional)
1 carrot, finely chopped
Half a capsicum, finely chopped
2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt, to taste
½ black pepper powder
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp green chutney
¼ cup mozzarella or cheddar cheese, grated
2 tsp butter

Instructions:
- Take a large bowl. Add chopped cabbage, onion, tomato, capsicum, corn, and carrot. Now add mayonnaise and mix well.
- Now add black pepper and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Now take two breads and apply tomato sauce on one and green chutney on the other. Spread the prepared stuffing evenly on the bread slices. Put grated paneer on top of the stuffing.
- Cover it with another slice of bread. Then grill or toast it in a pan.
- To make the sandwich even more crispy and golden, apply butter on both sides.
- Now turn off the grill and cook till the bread turns golden brown.
- Now, cut the sandwich in half and serve.
- Serve it hot or pack it in the kids' lunchbox.
Note:
- If you want, you can make sandwiches by cutting the edges of the bread.
- You can add your favorite vegetable to it.
- You can also use paneer cubes in it.
- You can also use the vegetables you have used by sautéing them.
