That is why today we have brought for you Banana Sabzi. Which is so healthy, tasty, and delicious that even if you make it every day, you will not feel like eating it. Usually, raw bananas are used to make Banana Sabzi but today we will tell you the recipe of making Ripe Banana Sabzi. So let's know the complete method of making it.


Ingredients:

4-5 ripe bananas chopped

2-3 tomatoes finely chopped

1 tbsp green chili and garlic paste

1/2 tsp mustard seeds

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

Few curry leaves

A pinch of asafoetida

1/2 tsp red chili powder

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/4 tsp garam masala

Salt to taste

1-2 tbsp oil

Coriander leaves for garnishing


Ripe Banana Sabji 


Instructions:

First of all, heat the oil in a pan. Now add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and asafoetida, and let it crackle well. Now add curry leaves.

After this, add chopped tomatoes and fry well for 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes, when the tomatoes are cooked, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt and mix well.

Fry well for a few seconds. Now it is time to add chopped bananas.

Add chopped bananas and mix well. Now cover and cook till the bananas are 80% cooked.

Finally, add coriander leaves for garnishing. Your delicious banana sabzi is ready. You can eat it with roti or rice.
