Out of those, today we have brought for you soya chunks curry, which is easy to make and also takes less time to prepare. Ingredients:
1/2 cup soya chunks
2 cups water
1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
2 medium-sized tomatoes, finely chopped
2-3 green chillies chopped
1/4 cup curd
1/2 tsp jeera
One pinch of hing
1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp Kitchen King Masala/Garam Masala
Salt to taste + 1 tsp salt
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
Salt to taste
2 – 3 tbsp oil + 1 tsp
Green coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions:
First of all, in a pan, add 2 cups of water, 1 tsp oil and 1 tsp salt and let it boil. Now add soya chunks and mix.
Now cover it and keep it for 10 minutes.
Now take another pan and heat oil in it by adding cumin seeds and a pinch of asafoetida and let it crackle. Add green chillies too.
Now add chopped onion and mix and fry till it becomes transparent.
When onion is fried well, add tomatoes to it. Cook till tomatoes become soft. Keep the flame low.
Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder to curd and whisk well.
Now add curd and mix everything well. Add some water if needed. Choose the thickness as per your choice.
After this, add Kitchen King Masala/Garam Masala and add salt as per taste. You can use any masala.
Cover and cook everything well for 5 minutes. When the oil starts separating from the masala, stir it once.
Now squeeze the soaked soya chunks, remove excess water and add it to the masala. Mix all the ingredients well and add kasuri methi. And also add chopped green leaves. Turn off the gas and cook covered for 2 minutes.
There you go, your soya chunks curry is ready. Eat it with
roti, paratha or rice. You can also make it and serve it to guests.
