Today, we have brought for you Papad Chutney, also known as Papad Cha Khuda in Maharashtra. Urad dal papad is used in making it. So let's know the method of making it (Papad Ki Chutney).
Instructions:
3-4 urad dal papads
1 tsp red chili powder
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp oil

Instructions:
First of all fry the urad dal papad well on the gas.
Then take it out in a plate and mash it with your hands.

Now add red chili powder and salt to it and mix it.
Now add oil to it while serving.
Finally, Papad Chutney/Papad Cha Khuda is ready.
Note:
You can add more or less chilli and salt as per your requirement. You can eat it with roti or parathas. You can also garnish it with green coriander leaves.
