Soya Kheema Pao | Veg Kheema | Soyabean Kheema | How to Make Soya Kheema Pao | Soyachunks Kheema | Eggless Kheema | Today we have brought you the recipe of Eggless Kheema. It is made from soya chunks, which are a rich source of protein. In the recipe of Eggless Kheema, soya chunks are used instead of eggs. Which turns out to be very tasty. Masala Pav is eaten with it. If you do not have paav, you can also eat it with roti or paratha.


Ingredients:

1/2 cup soya chunks

2 cups of water

1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped

2 medium-sized tomatoes, chopped

1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

2-3 green chillies

1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds

1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

1/2 teaspoon coriander powder

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/4 teaspoon Kitchen King Masala/Garam Masala

Salt to taste + 1 tsp salt

2 tablespoons oil + 1 tsp oil

Green coriander for garnishing

Instructions:

First of all, take 2 cups of water in a pan and add 1 teaspoon salt and oil and boil it. After the water boils, add soya chunks and mix. Boil for 5 minutes and then turn off the gas. Cover and keep aside.

Take a pan, heat oil in it. Now add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

Now add green chilies and fry. After this add onion and cook till it becomes transparent.

After the onion becomes transparent, add tomatoes and cook till it becomes soft.

After the tomatoes are cooked, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and mix well and cover and cook for 2 minutes.

Now squeeze the boiled soya chunks and remove excess water.

Now take them out in a plate and chop them finely with the help of a knife. Instead of this, you can also blend it in a mixer jar.

Now add the chopped soya chunks to the masala and mix. Add salt as per taste and cover and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Now turn off the gas and garnish with coriander leaves. Eggless Kheema/Soya Chunks Kheema is ready.

Now heat 1 teaspoon oil on a pan, add 1/4 teaspoon of red chilli powder and a pinch of salt, mix it, and cut it from the middle and place it on the pan. Garnish with coriander leaves. Masala pao is also ready.

Finally, Soya Khima Pao is ready. Serve it hot.
