Homemade Mixed Fruit Juice at Home

Instructions

1. Prepare the Fruit — Wash, peel, and cut all the fruits into small pieces to make blending easier.

2. Blend — Add all the fruits, along with the water (or coconut water) and lemon juice, into a blender.

3. Sweeten — Taste the blended mixture and add honey or sugar if needed.

4. Strain (Optional) — For an even smoother juice, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or a cheesecloth.

5. Serve — Pour the juice over ice cubes and serve immediately for the best flavor and nutrition.

6. Note  You can also use your favorite fruits of choice in this recipe.

Tips and Variations

Citrus Burst: Replace the mango with grapefruit and add a few mint leaves.

Berry Blast: Use blueberries, raspberries, and cherries, using apple juice as the base.

Green Detox: Add a handful of spinach or kale—the sweetness of the fruits completely masks the taste of these greens.

Frozen Version: Use frozen fruits instead of ice cubes to create a thicker, slushy-like drink.

No Blender? Squeeze citrus fruits by hand, and use a juicer for harder fruits like apples or carrots.

Storage

It is best to consume freshly mixed juice immediately. If you wish to store it, transfer it to an airtight jar and refrigerate it for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir it thoroughly before drinking, as the fruit pulp and liquid tend to separate after some time.

Presenting a classic mixed fruit juice recipe featuring a delightful blend of tropical fruits! Here are a few key highlights:

Using coconut water instead of plain water is an excellent option—it infuses the juice with natural electrolytes and a subtle sweetness.

Lemon juice plays a crucial role here—it enhances the flavors of all the fruits and prevents them from browning (oxidation).

Straining the juice is an optional step; however, doing so yields a perfectly clear, restaurant-quality juice.

In the 'Variations' section, we have outlined several different options—you can choose to prepare a citrus-based juice, or opt for the 'Green Detox' version if you are looking for a more nutritious beverage.
