Mango Lassi Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango (peeled and chopped)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (can adjust for desired thickness)
- 2-3 tablespoons sugar or honey (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Mango:
-If you haven't done so already, peel and chop the mango into small pieces.
2. Blend Ingredients:
-In a blender, combine the chopped mango, yogurt, milk, sugar or honey, cardamom, and salt. Add a few ice cubes if you like your lassi cold and refreshing.
3. Blend Until Smooth:
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You can adjust the thickness by adding more milk or yogurt, depending on your preference.

4. Taste and Adjust:
-Taste the lassi and add more sugar or honey if needed. Blend again if you add anything.
5. Serve:
