So today we have brought you the recipe of Methi Aloo Ki Sabzi. It is very tasty to eat. It takes less than half an hour to make it. You can pack it in the lunch box in the morning. Or you can also make it in the afternoon or at night. So, let's know the complete method of making it (Aloo Methi Ki Sabzi).
Ingredients:
1 cup fenugreek (1 bunch and finely chopped)
1 cup boiled potatoes chopped
A pinch of asafoetida
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
3-4 garlic cloves chopped
2-3 chopped green chilies
2-3 whole dried Kashmiri red chilies
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp coriander cumin powder

Instructions:
- First of all, take 2 cups of lukewarm water in a large bowl and add salt to it, and mix well. Now add 1 cup chopped fenugreek and keep it for 15 minutes.
- Now take a pan, heat oil in it. Add a pinch of asafoetida. Now add chopped chilies and garlic and fry. Also add dry Kashmiri red chili powder.
- Now add turmeric powder and coriander cumin powder and mix. Now it is the turn to add boiled potatoes. Now add chopped potatoes and mix well. Let it cook for 5 minutes (till it becomes light golden brown).
- Now take a plate. Squeeze the fenugreek soaked in salt well. Remove excess water.
- Now add the squeezed fenugreek to the potatoes. Now add half a teaspoon of salt to it. Mix everything well and let it cook for 2 minutes. Now turn off the gas.
- Finally, Aloo Methi ki Sabzi is ready to serve. You can serve it with parathas or hot roti.
