2 cups cashews
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2-3 tbsp ghee

Instructions:
First of all, wash the cashews thoroughly in 3-4 cups of lukewarm water and keep aside.
After this, put the cashews in a mixer jar and make a fine paste.
After this, heat 1 cup of water in a vessel and add 1 cup of sugar to it to make syrup. Now add the ground cashew paste to it and keep stirring continuously.
Keep stirring it until the paste starts separating from the pan (about 4-5 minutes). When the paste becomes smooth, turn off the gas.
Take a small ball from this paste and roll it into a round shape to see if it is not sticking to the hand, then understand that the paste of Kaju Katli is ready.
After this, take a plastic sheet and apply ghee on it. Now put the prepared dough on it. Now let it cool for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, roll it into a long roll with the help of a rolling pin. Make sure it is neither too thick nor too thin.
Now decorate it with a silver coating. And give it a diamond shape with the help of a rolling pin.
