Ingredients:
1 liter milk
2 tbsp vinegar
½ tsp cardamom powder
4-5 cups sugar

Instructions:
First of all, boil 2 cups of sugar and 1.5 cups of water and the syrup of rasgulla is ready.
After this, heat 1 liter of milk well in a pan. When it boils, turn off the gas. Now add 2 tbsp vinegar and mix well. Turn off the gas. Now slowly all the milk will start curdling. That is, water or chenna will start separating.
Now put a cloth on a sieve to filter it. Now put the curdled milk on it.
Wash it by pouring cold water over it, so that the sourness of vinegar goes away and the curd also cools down.

Now make a cloth bundle and remove the excess water from it. Now after about 1 hour, take out the chhena in a plate.
Mash this chhena well with the help of the palm and make it soft. Keep in mind that there should not be any lumps in it. When it becomes soft dough, make small balls of it.
Now put 2 cups of sugar and double its amount i.e. 4 cups of water in a pan and let it boil. Now add cardamom powder to it as well.
Now put all the sugar balls in it and let it boil for 10-15 minutes. Keep in mind that it has to be boiled till the size of the ball doubles. Now turn off the gas.
Now put all the balls one by one in the prepared syrup.
There you go, your Rasgulla is ready. You can serve it hot or cold.
