Maggie Recipe | How to Make Easy Maggie | Easy to Cook Maggie | Maggie Recipe New Style | Maggi is a recipe that is easily available in lunch or dinner. Children like it (Maggie Recipe) so much that I cannot express it in words. They love to have Maggi (Maggie Recipe) in the morning for breakfast and then in the lunch box. Today we have brought for you the recipe of Vegetable Maggi. You can make it in two ways. Which is both healthy and tasty to eat. So, let's know the method of making (Maggie Recipe) it.


Ingredients:

3 packets Maggi (you can use any Maggi of your choice)

3 packets Maggie masala

3 cups water

2 tbsp butter

1/3 cup finely chopped onion

¼ cup finely chopped tomato

¼ cup finely chopped capsicum

¼ cup finely chopped carrot

¼ cup fresh green peas

¼ tsp turmeric powder

½ tsp red chilli powder

¼ tsp garam masala

2-3 tbsp coriander leaves

Salt to taste


 Vegetable Maggie


Instructions:


First method of making Maggie: -

- First of all, heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan. Now add chopped onion and fry till it becomes transparent.

- Now add all the remaining vegetables and mix. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder garam masala and salt to taste and mix.

- Now add 3 cups of water and boil it. Now add Maggi masala and mix.

- Now add Maggi and let it cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

- Now turn off the gas. Now decorate it by adding dry leaves.

- Now your Maggi is ready to serve, serve it hot.

- If you like dry or gravy Maggi, then you can decide the amount of water according to your choice.


Second method of making Maggie: -

- First of all, boil 3 cups of water in a pan. Add Maggi to it and cook for 10 minutes.

- After 10 minutes turn off the gas and remove the Maggi from the sieve and remove the excess water.

- Now add 2 tablespoons of butter in the same pan and heat it and fry onions in it.

- When the onion starts becoming transparent, add the rest of the vegetables as well. Let it cook for 5 minutes.

- Now when the vegetables are cooked, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, Maggi masala and a little salt and mix.

- Now add boiled Maggi to it. Mix well.

- Finally decorate it with green coriander. And serve hot.


Note:

- You can also add grated cheese to it to enhance its taste.
