It is served garnished with pomegranate seeds, grated coconut, and fine nylon sev, which not only looks attractive but is also very tasty to eat. So let us know the step-by-step method of making it (Amiri Khaman).
Ingredients:
500 gms Khaman
2 tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp cumin seeds
Few curry leaves
2-3 finely chopped green chillies
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2-3 tbsp sugar
2-3 tbsp pomegranate seeds
2-3 tbsp grated coconut
2-3 tbsp finely chopped onions
1/2 cup finely chopped nylon sev
1 tbsp lemon juice
Coriander leaves for garnishing
2 tbsp oil for tempering
Salt to taste

Instructions:
Firstly, crumble the Khaman in a bowl. Add grated coconut, sugar and salt to taste and mix well.
Heat oil in a small pan. Now add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let them crackle. After this, add green chillies or ginger-garlic paste and fry well. Turn off the gas.
Now pour this tempering over the Khaman and mix well.

Now add pomegranate seeds, lemon juice and mix well.
Your Surati Sev Khamani is ready to serve.
Now take it out in a serving plate. Garnish with finely chopped onions, pomegranate seeds, green coriander and finely chopped nylon sev and serve.
