Besan Ki Kadhi Recipe In English | Besan Kadhi | Dhokla ki Kadhi | How to Make Besan Kadhi | Today we have brought for you gram flour kadhi (Besan Kadhi), which is eaten with dhokla. The main ingredients to make this kadhi are gram flour and buttermilk. It is prepared by making a thin layer of gram flour. How is this kadhi (Besan Kadhi) made which is ready in 10 minutes? Ingredients:
2-3 tbsp gram flour
2 cups buttermilk (500 ml)
1-2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp coriander seeds
A pinch of asafoetida
Some curry leaves
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
2-3 tbsp oil/ghee
Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions:
First of all, whisk gram flour, salt to taste, turmeric powder, and buttermilk in a bowl. Make sure there are no lumps in it. Now mix it and keep it aside.
Now, heat oil/ghee in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper, coriander seeds and asafoetida, and let them crackle. Now add curry leaves and green chillies and mix well.
After this, add the prepared mixture of gram flour and mix.

After boiling, let it cook on a low flame for 5-7 minutes. Finally, garnish with green coriander.
There you go, your gram flour curry is ready. You can eat it with hot Khaman Dhokla.
