Today, we bring you a recipe for Gram Flour Bhurji. Whose main ingredient is gram flour. This vegetable is prepared with a mixture of some vegetables and Indian spices. Which you can eat with roti or paratha. So let's know the complete method of making Gram Flour Bhurji.

Ingredients:

1 cup gram flour

1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped

1 medium-sized tomato, finely chopped

2-3 green chilies finely chopped

2-3 tbsp capsicum, finely chopped

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/4 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp red chili powder

Salt to taste

Green coriander for decoration

2 tbsp oil

Water as required


Besan Bhurji | Gram Flour Bhurji 


Instructions:

First of all, take gram flour in a bowl. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala and salt as per taste and mix well. Now add some water and make a batter which is neither thick nor thin. And now keep it aside.

Now heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

After this add onion and fry till it becomes transparent.

After frying onion add ginger-garlic paste and mix. Also add tomatoes, capsicum and a pinch of salt and cover and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

Now add gram flour paste to it and again cover and keep it for 5 minutes.

Now gram flour bettar will become a little thick, now mash it with a spoon and mix. Keep the flame of the gas on medium to low.

Now turn off the gas and garnish by adding green coriander.

Finally, Besan Bhurji is ready. Serve it with roti or paratha. Serve hot.
