Ingredients:
1 liter of yogurt
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons finely chopped mango
2-3 tablespoons finely chopped apple
2-3 tablespoons finely chopped chikoo
2-3 tablespoons finely chopped kiwi
2-3 tablespoons finely chopped strawberries
2-3 tablespoons finely chopped banana
2 tablespoons chopped cashews and pistachios
1/2 tablespoon cardamom powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
A few strands of saffron

Instructions:
First, we'll make the curd chakka. To do this, line a muslin cloth over a strainer and pour the curd into it. Tie it in a bundle and refrigerate it for 2-3 hours to separate the curd and water.
After 2-3 hours, our curd chakka will be ready. Transfer it to a bowl and whisk it well. Drain any remaining water.
Now, add the powdered sugar or cardamom powder and mix.
When everything is well combined, add the vanilla essence and mix well.
Now add all the chopped fruits, cashews, and pistachios, mix it well. Garnish with saffron.
Now, Fruit Shrikhand is ready to serve. let it sit in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving. Serve chilled.
