Many dishes are also made from mango. Today, we have brought you one such dish - Mango Shrikhand, also known as Amrakhand (Mango Shrikhand Recipe). It is very tasty to eat. It is a dish served as a dessert in Gujarati weddings. It is also easy to make. So let's know the recipe of Mango Shrikhand, i.e., Amrakhand.
Ingredients:
2 cups full-fat curd
1 cup fresh mango pulp
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
Dry fruits (cashews, almonds, pistachios) chopped
A pinch of nutmeg powder
1 medium-sized mango, cut into pieces

Instructions:
First of all, we will make Dahi Ka Chakka. For this, spread a muslin cloth on a sieve and pour curd on it. Now tie it like a bundle and keep it in the fridge for 2-3 hours. So that the curd and water get separated.
After 2-3 hours, our Chakka Dahi will be ready. Now take it out in a bowl and whisk it well.
After whisking, add sugar, cardamom powder, and nutmeg powder to it and mix well.
Now it is the turn to add mango pulp. So, we will add mango pulp and mix everything well
Now garnish it with dry fruits and mango pieces. Keep it in the fridge to cool for 1-2 hours.
Finally, our Amrakhand is ready. Serve it with hot Puri. Traditionally in Maharashtra, Shrikhand and Puri are made as bhog on the day of Gudi Padwa.
