Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1-2 tbsp Gulkand
1-2 tbsp rose-flavored syrup
Chopped dry fruits (cashews, almonds, pistachios)
Dried rose petals for decoration
Tutti-Frutti (optional)

Instructions:
First of all, we will make Dahi Chakka. For this, spread a muslin cloth on a sieve and pour curd on it. Now tie it like a bundle and keep it in the fridge for 2-3 hours. So that the curd and water get separated.
After 2-3 hours, take out the curd in a bowl and whisk it well. Now add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and Gulkand and mix well.
Now add dry fruits and rose flavored syrup and mix well. Now keep it in the fridge to cool for 1-2 hours.
Now take it out in a serving bowl and garnish it well by adding tutti frutti and dried rose petals on top. Serve hot with aloo ki sabzi or puri.
