Beetroot Raita Recipe | Pink Raita | How to Make Beetroot Raita | Beetroot Raita Curry Recipe | Beetroot Yogurt | Beetroot with Curd | Today, we're bringing you a recipe for a special weight loss raita called Beetroot Raita or Pink Raita. It's made by mixing grated beetroot and yogurt with some spices. It's ready in just 10 minutes. You can eat it with roti, paratha, or rice. Ingredients:

2 medium-sized beets

1/2 cup yogurt

Salt to taste

1/4 teaspoon chaat masala


For the tempering

1-2 tablespoons oil

1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds

A few curry leaves

1 green chilli finely chopped 


Healthy & Tasty Beetroot Raita


Instructions:

First, peel the beets. Heat water in a pot and boil the beets over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

Once the beets have cooled, finely grate them. Add yogurt and mix well.

Then, add chaat masala and salt to taste.

Heat oil in a pan for tempering. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves and fry. Pour this mixture over the raita and mix well.

Now, the Pink Raita/Beetroot Raita is ready. Serve it with hot roti, paratha, or rice.
