Ingredients:

1 cup hung curd

1 small cucumber, finely chopped

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 small tomato, finely chopped

1 small carrot, finely chopped

1-2 green chilies, finely chopped

2 tablespoons sugar

1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder

1/4 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder

1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

Salt to taste

Water as needed

Chopped coriander leaves


 Instant Tasty & Healthy Vegetable Raita 


Instructions:

First, add the hung curd to a bowl and whisk well to remove any lumps.

Next, add all the chopped vegetables. You can also add your favorite vegetables.

Next, add salt, cumin powder, and Kashmiri red chili powder to taste and mix. Add sugar as well.
