Today, we will prepare one of these idli recipes (Aloo Masala Stuffed Idli) in a slightly different way. Today we have brought for you the recipe of (Aloo Masala Stuffed Idli) potato masala stuffed idli. It is as easy to make as it is delicious to eat. So let's learn the complete method of making stuffed idli without wasting time.
Ingredients:
2-3 cups idli batter
4-5 boiled and mashed potatoes
1 medium-sized onion finely chopped
1-2 green chilies finely chopped
1-2 tbsp oil + oil for greasing
Few curry leaves
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
A pinch of asafoetida
1/2 tsp haldi powder
Salt to taste
2-3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Instructions:
First of all, heat oil in a pan. Now add mustard seeds and asafoetida and let them crackle. Now add curry leaves.
After this, add green chilies and onion and fry well. When the onion becomes transparent, add boiled-mashed potatoes and mix well. After this, add turmeric powder and salt to taste and mix. Cook for 2 minutes.
Now add chopped coriander and mix. Now let it cool. When this mixture cools down, make small tikkis from it.
Now add some salt to the idli batter and mix.
After this, heat 1-2 glasses of water in the idli vessel. Grease the idli moulds with oil.
Now take half a spoon of the batter and pour it in all the idli moulds. Now place the prepared potato tikkis in the moulds one by one and pour some idli batter on top. Tap the idli moulds once so that everything settles well.
Now steam it for 15 minutes on medium heat. After 15 minutes turn off the gas. Now let it cool down a bit.
Now take out all the idlis one by one with the help of a wet spoon. With the help of a wet spoon, the idlis will separate easily from the moulds. Prepare all the idlis one by one in this way.
Now serve the potato masala stuffed idlis with hot sambar and coconut chutney.
