It (Peanut Chutney) is served in lunch or dinner in many cities of Maharashtra. To make it, peanuts, green chillies, and garlic are needed. So, let's know the complete recipe to make it (Peanut Chutney).
Ingredients:
1 cup peanuts
3-4 garlic cloves
2-3 whole dry Kashmiri red chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste

Instructions:
First of all, heat a pan. Now, dry roast the peanuts in it.
Now keep the peanuts aside to cool. After the peanuts cool down, peel them and keep them aside.
Now dry roast cumin seeds, garlic, and whole dry Kashmiri red chillies in the same pan.
Now grind all these things coarsely in a mortar and pestle. If you do not have a mortar and pestle, you can also grind them coarsely in a mixer grinder.
Finally, the dry peanut chutney is ready. You can enjoy it with dal rice, roti, paratha, dal dhokli, dal khichdi, and many other such dishes.
