Peanut Chutney Recipe | South Indian Style Peanut Chutney | Peanut Chutney | High Protein Peanut Chutney | Thick and Creamy Peanut Chutney | Make and eat it with South Indian food like Idli, Dosa, Mendu Vada. It is as delicious to eat as it is easy to make. So today we have brought for you a delicious and healthy creamy peanut chutney which is prepared in very little time. You can make it and keep it in the fridge for 2-3 days. So, let's know the complete recipe to make it.


Ingredients:

1 cup peanuts

2-3 green chillies

4-5 garlic cloves

1 inch of ginger

1 handful green coriander

1 tsp cumin seeds

salt to taste

water as required


For Tempering:

1-2 tbsp oil

1 tsp rai

1 tsp urad dal

1 whole dry Kashmiri red chilli

a few curry leaves

one pinch of asafoetida


Tasty & Healthy Peanuts Chutney 


Instructions:

First of all, heat a pan and dry roast peanuts in it. Then cool it and peel it. Keep it aside.

Now take a mixer jar. Add cumin seeds, green chilies, garlic, ginger, salt as per taste and coriander leaves. Then add roasted peanuts and make a fine paste.

Make a thick and creamy paste by adding water as per your requirement. You can adjust its thickness as per your requirement.

Now take it out in a bowl. Now prepare the tempering.

Heat oil in a small pan. Now add mustard seeds and urad dal and fry it.

After this, add asafoetida, curry leaves, and dry red chilies and mix. Now add this tadka to the ground chutney and mix well.

There you go, your high-protein peanut chutney is ready. You can eat it with South Indian dishes like idli, dosa, or mendu vada.
