Then today we have brought for you a healthy and delicious recipe, Uthappam (Instant Rava Uttapam Recipe). This (Instant Rava Uttapam Recipe) is a daily breakfast of South India. Which is very easy to make. It takes at least half an hour to make it (Instant Rava Uttapam Recipe). You can serve it (Instant Rava Uttapam Recipe) in the morning or evening breakfast or even on rainy days. It (Instant Rava Uttapam Recipe) is a favorite of children, as well as adults also eat it (Instant Rava Uttapam Recipe) with great gusto. Do not forget to serve sambhar or coconut chutney with it. So, let's know the complete recipe of that delicious breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 cup semolina
1 cup water
1/2 cup curd
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon baking soda / Eno
1 medium-sized finely chopped onion
1 medium-sized finely chopped tomato
1 medium-sized finely chopped carrot
1 green chili, finely chopped
3-4 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves
Oil for frying

Instructions:
Firstly, prepare the batter by mixing semolina, curd and water in a bowl. Add salt as per taste and mix everything well. Now keep this batter aside for 15-20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, pour this batter into a mixer jar and prepare a soft paste. Now add baking soda/Eno and mix well.
Now add chopped onion, tomato, carrot, green chili and coriander leaves to this batter and mix well.
Now heat half a tablespoon of oil in a pan. Now take a tablespoon of oil and pour this batter into the pan. Cover and cook on low flame for 2 minutes. Then flip it and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Following the same procedure, prepare all the Uttapams one by one.
Finally, our Instant Rava Uttapams are ready. Serve it with Vegetable Sambar and Coconut Chutney.
Note:
You can also make uttapam using idli/dosa batter. You can make it using the same method, add salt or water as required to the batter and add vegetables of your choice. Traditionally, uttapam is made in this way.
You can also have it with tomato ketchup if you want.
