There are many things here, from roaming around to eating and drinking, which taste amazing. Out of those, today we have brought a recipe for you, Mumbai Street Style Tawa Pulao. Which is made from Basmati rice, Indian spices, and Pav Bhaji masala. Which is as delicious to eat as it is easy to make. So let's know the complete recipe of Mumbai Street Style Tawa Pulao.
Ingredients:
2 cups basmati rice (long)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
1 capsicum, finely chopped
1/3 cup finely chopped carrots
1/3 cup fresh green peas
2-3 green chilies
4-5 garlic cloves
1 inch of ginger
4-5 whole dried Kashmiri red chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp pav bhaji masala
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions:
First of all wash the basmati rice with clean water and soak it for 15 minutes. Also, soak Kashmiri dry red chillies in another bowl.
Now boil 2 cups of water in a vessel. Now add some salt and turmeric powder and mix. Now add soaked rice to it. Cook the rice till 90%.
Now heat water in another vessel and add green peas and carrots and cook till cooked. Then turn off the gas and filter it through a sieve and keep it aside.
Now after the rice is cooked, filter it through a sieve and let it cool.
Now put the soaked whole dry Kashmiri red chillies, green chillies and garlic in a mixer jar and grind it. The red chutney is ready. Which we will use in rice.
Now heat oil and butter in a pan. Now add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
Now add onion and fry it lightly. Now add ginger-garlic paste and fry it. Add capsicum and cover and cook for 2 minutes.
After this add cooked carrots and peas. Mix all the ingredients well.
Now add butter, red chutney, Kashmiri red chili powder, pav bhaji masala and salt as per taste and mix and cook for 1 minute. Keep one thing in mind that we have added salt while stirring the rice and butter also contains salt, so use salt as per your choice here.
Now add cooked rice to it and mix slowly. Make sure that the rice grains do not break. Then garnish with green coriander.
Finally, Mumbai Street style tawa pulao is ready, serve it hot. Serve chopped onion and lemon with it, this will enhance its taste even more.
