Ingredients:
1 cup sweet corn
2/3 tablespoon chopped onion
2/3 tablespoon chopped tomato
2/3 tablespoon chopped carrot
2/3 tablespoon chopped cucumber
1-2 green chilies, finely chopped
1 teaspoon chaat masala/amchur powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
A handful of finely chopped nylon sev
1-2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
1-2 tablespoons butter

Instructions:
First, take 2 cups of water in a pan and add the sweet corn. Let it boil over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. When it softens slightly, turn off the heat, drain the water through a sieve, and transfer it to a bowl.
Now add butter. Add chopped onion, tomato, carrot, cucumber, or finely chopped green chilies, and mix well.
Next, add chaat masala/amchur powder, salt, red chili powder, lemon juice, ketchup, or coriander leaves, and mix well.
Finally, the Surati Street-Style Corn Bhel is ready. Transfer it to a serving bowl and serve with nylon sev.
