Ingredients

1 cup sweet corn kernels (boiled)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small bell pepper, finely chopped
1-2 green chilies, finely chopped (optional)

1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional, for extra creaminess)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder or paprika
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala

4-6 whole wheat or all-purpose flour rotis, chapatis, or tortillas

Instructions
Prepare the Filling:
Heat butter/oil in a pan.
Add the onions and sauté until lightly golden brown.
