These are perfect for a snack, lunch, or on-the-go meal.
Ingredients:
200 grams paneer, cut into thin strips
4 whole wheat or plain flour rotis/wraps
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 small bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 small tomato, finely chopped (optional)
2 tablespoons oil or butter
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
Salt, to taste
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Green chutney or mayonnaise, for spreading
Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:
Heat oil or butter in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add the sliced onions and sauté until translucent. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
Add the bell pepper (and tomato, if using) and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Add the paneer strips and mix well. Sprinkle with red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, chaat masala, and salt. Mix and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the paneer is well coated with the spices and heated through.
Sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves and turn off the heat.
Warm the rotis/wraps. Spread a layer of green chutney or mayonnaise on each roti.
Place the paneer mixture in the center of each roti. Squeeze some lemon juice over the filling, if desired.
Roll tightly and wrap in foil or parchment paper if packing.
