Ingredients:
For Frankie:
4 whole wheat rotis or parathas
2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
1/2 cup mixed bell peppers, thinly sliced
1/4 cup onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup cabbage, shredded
2 tablespoons Schezwan sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
For Garnish:
2 tablespoons chopped coriander

Instructions:
1. Prepare the filling:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add the onions and sauté until softened.
