Ingredients:
4-5 Aloo Samosa
1 cup beaten Sweet Curd (beaten with added sugar)
1 cup of Sev
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds

Instructions:
- To make samosa chaat, break 1 potato samosa into medium-sized pieces and place on a serving plate. You can use homemade or street-style samosas.
- Now pour 1/4 cup sweet curd on it, sprinkle 1 tsp green chutney and 2 tsp sweet chutney.
- Finally, sprinkle 1 tbsp sev and 1/2 tbsp of coriander leaves evenly.
- You can also add pomegranate seeds for garnishing.
- Follow the same method for the next every plate of samosa chaat.
