Mangoda Recipe | Moong Dal Pakodas | Crispy Moong Dal Pakodas | Moong Dal Pakodas Recipe | Be it winter or rain, everyone feels like eating pakodas. Our mother definitely makes fenugreek, potato or onion pakodas and feeds us. So today we have brought for you the recipe of Moong Dal Pakodas, also known as Mangodas. Which you can prepare very quickly. Its taste is so delicious that it will become a favorite of everyone, from children to adults. So let's know the complete method of making Moong Dal Pakodas. 


Ingredients:

1 cup moong dal (soaked for 1-2 hours)

2-3 green chilies

1 inch ginger

4-5 garlic cloves

1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves

1/4 cup medium-sized chopped onion

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp red chili powder

1/2 tsp coriander powder

Salt to taste

Oil for frying

Instructions:

First of all, wash the moong dal 2-3 times with clean water and soak it in clean water for 1-2 hours.

After 2 hours, take a mixer jar and add the soaked moong dal to it. Make sure not to add water to it. Now add green chilies, ginger and garlic to the jar and grind all the things coarsely.

Now take out this mixture in a bowl. Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and salt to it and mix well. Add coriander leaves as well.

Now heat oil in a pan. When the oil is well heated, make small balls of the mixture and put them in it. Fry them till they become golden brown. Now take out the fried pakoras on kitchen paper.

Fry all the pakoras one by one in the same way. Now take them out in a serving plate and serve hot. Serve it with green chutney and tamarind chutney.


Note:

Do not use water while grinding the lentils. This will make the batter very thin and the pakoras will not become crispy. You can use any vegetable of your choice in it.
