Ingredients:
1 cup full-fat milk
1 ½ milk powder
¼ tsp cardamom powder
A few saffron strands
Dry fruits finely chopped (cashews, almonds, pistachios)
½ cup sugar
3-4 tbsp ghee

Instructions:
First of all, heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan. Now add milk to it and boil it on high flame.
Now take out 2-3 tablespoons of milk in a small bowl and soak saffron strands in it.
Now add milk powder and saffron milk to the boiled milk and mix well. Let it cook on low flame.
Cook it till it starts leaving the pan. It will take 10-12 minutes. Now your mawa is ready.
After 10-12 minutes, add sugar and cardamom powder and cook for 2 more minutes. Now let this mixture cool down a bit.
Now pour some ghee in the modak mould and fill some mixture in it. Fill finely chopped nuts in the middle.
Following the same procedure, make all the mawa modaks one by one.
Finally, our Mawa Modaks are ready. Now, first offer it to Ganesh ji. And then share it with your family.
