Ingredients:
1 medium sized raw papaya, grated
1-2 green chillies chopped
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
A pinch of asafoetida
Few curry leaves
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp sugar
1-2 tbsp oil

Instructions:
First of all, heat oil in a pan. Now add mustard seeds and asafoetida and let them crackle. Now add green chillies and curry leaves and fry.
After this add turmeric powder and sugar and mix. Now add grated papaya and mix. Also add salt as per taste.
Now mix all these things well and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes. Now turn off the gas.
Now your raw papaya is ready to serve. You can eat it with fafda jalebi or khaman dhokla.
