If you have eaten it, then you will never forget its taste. Because Bhandarewale potato sabzi made without onion and garlic is so delicious that all the vegetables seem tasteless in front of it. By adopting this recipe, you can easily make potato sabzi from the market at home. So let's know about such a satvik bhandarewali potato sabzi recipe.


Ingredients:

4-5 boiled potatoes

2 medium-sized tomatoes (fresh, pureed)

2-3 chopped green chilies

2 tbsp oil

1 bay leaf

1 black cardamom

4-5 black pepper

2 cloves

1 tsp cumin seeds

one pinch of asafoetida

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp coriander powder

Salt to taste

Green coriander for decoration

water as required


Bhandarewale Aloo Ki Sabji 


Instructions:

First of all, peel and mash the boiled potatoes. Now keep them aside.

Now, heat oil in a pan. Add all the whole spices given above and fry. After this, add cumin seeds and asafoetida. then, add green chilies.

After this, add tomato puree, cook it for 1-2 minutes on a low flame.  Now, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and coriander powder, and mix. Alternatively, add salt to taste. After this, add mashed potatoes and cover and cook for 2 minutes. 

Now add water as per requirement and boil. Change the thickness of the curry as per your choice.

Finally garnish with coriander leaves. There you go, your Bhandarewaale Aloo ki Sabzi is ready. You can serve it with roti or paratha. If you serve it with hot puri, its taste will increase even more. You can also serve Boondi with it.
