But the semolina pudding (Suji Ka Halwa) made as Prasad in Satyanarayan Vrat Katha is so amazing that I cannot describe it in words. The importance of semolina prasad (Suji Ka Halwa) in Satyanarayan Vrat Katha is taken in the sense that it is sweet in taste, due to which it is also considered a symbol of happiness and prosperity. And it is also said that Lord Satyanarayan likes semolina pudding (Suji Ka Halwa) very much. Therefore, semolina pudding (Suji Ka Halwa) is always offered to him in the story. Satyanarayan Vrat Katha seems incomplete without semolina pudding (Suji Ka Halwa), so this pudding (Suji Ka Halwa) is made for God. Bananas are also used along with semolina, ghee, and sugar to make it. So let's know in detail about Satyanarayan Katha Special Semolina Halwa

Ingredients:

To prepare 1 kg of Suji Halwa

1 kg semolina

1 kg sugar

2 liters of milk

750 ml ghee

2 ripe bananas, chopped

100 grams chopped nuts (cashews, almonds, pistachios)

1 tablespoon cardamom powder

Saffron strands

8-10 Tulsi leaves

Satyanarayana Katha Ka Prasad Suji Ka Halwa

Instructions:

First of all, boil milk in a vessel and keep it aside. Take milk in a bowl, add saffron strands to it, and keep it soaked.

After this, take a heavy-bottomed vessel and heat it by adding ghee. When the ghee is hot, add chopped nuts to it. When the nuts are roasted well, add semolina and mix. The semolina should neither be too fine nor too thick, just of medium size.

After adding semolina to ghee, keep stirring it continuously. Keep in mind to keep the gas flame low. When the semolina is slightly cooked, add chopped bananas to it and keep stirring continuously. It takes at least 35-40 minutes to roast the semolina. The color of the semolina will gradually turn golden.

After 40 minutes, add hot milk to it. Keep in mind that you should add milk little by little. Now let the milk soak well in the semolina and then keep stirring it so that lumps do not form.

When the milk and semolina are cooked well, add sugar and mix. Cook till the sugar melts.

Now finally, add cardamom powder and saffron milk and mix once again. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Now turn off the gas. Now garnish with basil leaves.

Finally, Satyanarayan Katha Prasadi, Semolina Halwa is ready. First of all, take it out in a bowl and offer it to God. Then share it with your family.
