Ingredients:
2 cups basmati rice (cooked)
1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
1 medium-sized green/yellow/red capsicum, finely chopped
1 medium-sized carrot, finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/4 cup chopped beans
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2-3 green chillies, finely chopped
3-4 garlic cloves finely chopped
1 inch of ginger finely chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon red chili sauce
2 tablespoons Schezwan sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons oil
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves

Instructions:
First of all, heat the oil in a pan. Now add finely chopped ginger and garlic, green chilies.
Now add the onion and fry it lightly. Now add the remaining vegetables and cook over a high flame for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
Now add salt to taste, soya sauce, and red chili sauce as per taste. Also, add vinegar.
Now add cooked basmati rice and mix everything well. now cook for 2 minutes on a low flame. now turn off the gas.
Now garnish it with green coriander or spring onion. Serve hot.
Note:
If you prefer, you can also use leftover rice to make this recipe.
